本ポリシーは、ヤイリカ - 変身カメラ（以下「本アプリ」。Web 版を含みます）における 情報の取扱いを説明するものです。提供者：IzuruToys。
取得する情報
本アプリは、個人情報・利用状況・識別子を取得しません。現在、アカウント登録・広告・ アクセス解析（アナリティクス）はありません。
カメラの使用について
本アプリは、変身エフェクトの表示と動画の撮影に、端末のカメラを使用します。 カメラの映像は端末内で処理され、提供者がこれを取得することはありません （本アプリのサーバーは静的なページを配るだけで、映像を受け取る仕組みがありません）。
マイクの使用について
本アプリは、動画の撮影に端末のマイクを使用します。使用するのは録画のあいだだけで、 許可はカメラと同時に1回だけ求めます（許可の確認が済んだらマイクはいったん閉じ、 録画が始まるときにあらためて開きます）。録画した動画には、アプリの音楽・効果音に加えて マイクの音（声）が入ります。録画に必要なのはカメラの許可で、マイクを許可しなかった場合は 声の入らない動画として録画します（変身を見るだけなら、どちらの許可がなくてもそのまま 使えます）。
録画した動画について
録画した動画は端末にのみ保存され、提供者を含む第三者がこれにアクセスすることは できません。動画はアプリ内のライブラリ（ブラウザが端末内に持つ保存領域）へ 自動で保存され、「🗑 消す」でいつでも削除できます。ブラウザの「サイトデータを削除」でも まとめて消えます（消した動画は元に戻せません）。保存できる量には上限（合計 500MB）があり、 いっぱいになったときは画面でお知らせします。古い動画が自動で消えることはありません。
SNS などへの共有は、端末の共有機能からご自身の操作で行います。共有・保存のときに 「音なし」の動画を選ぶこともできます。共有した動画の取扱いは、共有先のサービスの規約・ ポリシーに従います。
通信について
アプリの表示に必要なファイル（ページ・エフェクトのプログラム）をホスティングサービス （Vercel）から取得します。この際、一般的な Web サーバーと同様のアクセスログ（IP アドレス等）が ホスティング事業者側で標準的に記録されることがあります。本アプリ側でこれを個人の特定に 用いることはありません。
変身カメラの姿勢の認識と人物の切り抜きには MediaPipe（Google 提供）を使用しており、 その利用の統計情報が Google に送信されます（カメラの映像・画像が送信されることはありません）。
開発中の現在は、撮影中の動作の記録（処理の速さ・端末の種類・認識した姿勢の数値など、 数値だけの情報）を開発者へ自動で送信しています。カメラの映像・画像・完成した動画が 送信されることはありません。
使用している素材・ソフトウェア
撮影の案内の声は、音声合成ソフトウェア VOICEVOX と音声ライブラリ「ずんだもん」で作成した 音声を使用しています（クレジット表記：VOICEVOX:ずんだもん）。音声はあらかじめ作成したものを アプリに同梱しており、利用時に音声合成のソフトウェアやサーバーへ接続することはありません。
お子様の利用について
本アプリは、保護者の方が操作することを想定しています。
本ポリシーの変更
機能の追加・変更にあわせて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。アカウント登録・広告・ アクセス解析などを導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新したうえでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy describes how Yayrika (Yayrika-Gestalice; the app, including its web version) handles information. Provider: IzuruToys.
Data we collect: the app does not collect personal information, usage data, or identifiers. There are currently no accounts, no ads, and no analytics.
Camera: used to display the transformation effects and to record videos. The camera feed is processed on your device and the provider never receives it — our server only serves static files and has no endpoint that could receive video.
Microphone: used to record videos, and only while recording; permission is requested once, together with the camera (the microphone is closed again right after the permission check and reopened when a recording starts). Recordings contain the app's music and sound effects plus the microphone audio (voices). Recording requires camera permission; if you decline the microphone, videos are recorded without voice. Watching transformations works without either permission.
Recordings are saved only on your device; no one, including the provider, can access them. They are kept automatically in the in-app library (browser storage on your device); you can delete each one with the trash button, or clear them all via your browser's site-data settings. The library holds up to 500 MB in total and never deletes your videos on its own.
Sharing: sharing to social media or elsewhere happens through your device's share sheet, by your own action. You can also choose a muted copy when sharing or saving. Shared videos are governed by the receiving service's terms and policies.
Network: static assets are served via Vercel; standard hosting access logs (e.g., IP addresses) may be recorded by the hosting provider as with any website. The provider does not use them to identify individuals. The transformation camera uses MediaPipe (by Google) for pose detection and person cut-out; MediaPipe sends usage statistics to Google (your camera video and images are never sent).
Third-party assets: the voice guidance during recording uses audio synthesized with VOICEVOX and the voice library "Zundamon" (credit: VOICEVOX:ずんだもん). The audio is pre-rendered and bundled with the app; no speech-synthesis software or server is contacted at runtime.
Children: the app is designed to be operated by a parent or guardian.
Changes: this policy may be revised as features change. If accounts, ads, or analytics are ever introduced, the policy will be updated first.
